The Music of 1903
with the music of Sir Arthur Sullivan
at the Concert Artistes’ Association
for The Gilbert & Sullivan Society

We were invited to perform at the CAA, as we had in 1998 with a similar celebration of the music of a century ago.  The first half consisted of "oddities, requests and Yeomen"; the second of the music to be heard one hundred years before from A Princess of Kensington, The Duchess of Dantzic, The Orchid and The Cherry Girl

Selwyn Tillett and Pam Akhurst accompanied, with the songs being performed by Joanna Soane, Zoe White and David Menezes and by the accompanists.  The concert was much appreciated by our audience, and many requests received for further details of the music - especially The Orchid!
